The privacy policy page explains how ADOS FRESH collects and processes your personal data. We also provide you with information about the type of data we collect, how we process it and the purpose of this processing.

ADOS FRESH processes personal data in accordance with the regulations in force and in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

The principles of collection and processing of personal data refer to:

  1. Collection and processing of the individual’s data only for the purpose described in the Privacy Policy or for the specific purpose about which the individual has been informed and/or for which he/she has given his/her consent;
  2. Collecting only the absolute data necessary to communicate or perform the service. We do not process any data other than the minimum necessary;

Personal data is any information relating to a natural person which allows that person to be identified, directly or indirectly. Processing of such data refers to any action or set of actions such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or altering, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

The personal data we collect may vary depending on the purpose for which we collect it and the service we provide. We usually collect the following categories of personal data directly: personal details (name, surname, email, mailing address, phone number), browsing history (pages visited, date of access, geo-location during the visit, IP address), data from the CV submitted by the individual in cases where he/she has applied for an available job.

We collect your personal data for the following purposes:

  • to contact, process and respond to visitor requests for information;
  • to develop and improve the products, services and functionality of our owned websites or applications;
  • to authenticate the identity of people who contact us by telephone or other means;
  • to create an account when you register for our apps and services.

We may also need personal data to fulfil legal obligations or as part of the contractual relationship we have with the person to whom we collect data. When personal data are collected and used for the purposes mentioned above or for any other reason, ADOS FRESH informs before or at the time of collection. Whenever necessary, ADOS FRESH requests consent for the processing of personal data. At any time, a person who has given consent to the processing of this type of data has the right and the possibility to withdraw consent.

Personal data are collected, processed and used by ADOS FRESH SRL. To exercise your rights with regard to personal data processed by ADOS FRESH you can contact the ADOS FRESH Data Protection Officer at dpo@adosfresh.ro. The electronic message must include the request and must be accompanied by an identity document certified (by signature and endorsement) as being in conformity with the original.

Rights relating to personal data processed:

  1. Right of access and right of rectification: you have the right to access, correct or update this data;
  2. Right to data transfer: you have the right to receive personal data collected by ADOS FRESH in a structured format;
  3. Right to request deletion of data: you can request the deletion of personal data when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, when you withdraw your previously given consent (as long as there is no other legal basis for ADOS FRESH to continue processing personal data), when you do not want personal data to be used for direct marketing purposes, when you consider that they have been processed without a legal basis or when personal data must be deleted in order to comply with the legislation in force;
  4. Right to restrict data processing: you have the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data if you consider that they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or if you consider that they have been processed without consent (without wishing us to delete them);
  5. The right to object to the processing of personal data;
  6. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The storage period of the data collected is not fixed, and the data will be deleted or anonymised as soon as it no longer supports the purpose for which it was collected. In addition, this information may be retained where this has been provided for in existing legislation, EU regulations, laws or other provisions affecting the responsible person.

The protection of personal data is very important to ADOS FRESH and that is why we do our utmost to protect against misuse, unauthorised access, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We have active security measures in place to ensure the protection of this data.

Personal data processed may also be transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area). In this situation, ADOS FRESH will make every effort to ensure that the international transfer of information (personal data) is carried out at an appropriate level of security. The safeguards we use to protect international data transfers include:

  1. model standard contractual clauses validated by the European Commission which provide sufficient guarantee because they make it possible to comply with the relevant security levels;
  2. through certification mechanisms certifying that third parties outside the EEA process personal data in accordance with the Regulations in force at EU level. These certifications must be approved either by the European Commission, by the competent supervisory authority under the Regulation or by the national accreditation body designated under the Regulation.

Cookies policy

When you visit the ADOS FRESH website, a number of types of cookies may be stored on the equipment used to view the website. They are designed to provide a personalised browsing experience by processing information about the visitor, their choices and/or the device used. It is important to note that blocking some or all cookies will have a negative impact on the user experience of the site in general and its features in particular.

Types of cookies used:

  1. Strictly necessary cookies: these are necessary for the site to function and cannot be disabled in our systems. You can set your browser to block or warn about these files, but some parts of the site will not work in this case. These cookies are not used to store personal information;
  2. Performance/analytics cookies: used to track visits and traffic sources and improve site performance. They are also used to see the most visited pages and how visitors are browsing. These cookies do not collect personal data either;
  3. Advertising cookies: these are used by us or our advertising partners to help us build a template of the visitor’s interests so that they view relevant ads on our site and other sites. Blocking this type of cookie will still cause you to receive advertising, but it will not be personalised.
  4. Social media cookies: set by a number of social media providers and enable the use of social media features on our website. These providers have the ability to track how the visitor navigates the site or other sites and thus create a profile of the visitor’s interests. This profile may be used for advertising purposes. If these cookies are blocked, some features (e.g. Share on Facebook button) will not work;
  5. Third party cookies: these cookies may be set by us or by third party providers who add services and/or functionality to our site(s). If you block these cookies those services and/or features will not be available.
